RN Supervisor (Registered Nurse)

We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy & those needing long‑term care.

• 3-11p Every Other Weekend
• 7-3pm Every Weekend
• Extra Shift Differential Pay: $2.00 Sun–Thu & $3.00 Fri and Sat

• REQUIRED:
  
  Prior Long Term Care Experience

Care Needs & Planning: Assist with implementing & revising care plans, monitor health conditions, supplement direct care needs, and respond to emergencies or changes in status.

Staff Oversight & Scheduling: Observe care assignments, manage coverage needs, evaluate staff performance, educate & lead staff.

Family & Team Liaison: Communicate changes in resident conditions to families/providers, work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.

Documentation: Review and investigate incidents, transcribe orders, audit medical charges, and maintain record compliance for accuracy.

Education:

Explain health status, changes, and expectations for care; guide and direct care skills with intervention as needed.

• Licensed to work within the State of Connecticut as an RN (Registered Nurse)
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation
• Exceeds in leadership and clinical competency
