If you enjoy working outside and staying active, this job is for you. We’re looking for reliable people to join our landscaping laborer team. You don’t need any experience—we’ll teach you everything you need to know, like how to mow lawns, trim bushes, and spread mulch. Just bring a good attitude and be ready to learn.
A Day in the Life of a Landscaping Crew Member:- Start your day by checking in with your supervisor and your team members.
- Review the day’s assignments and load up the truck with the tools and equipment you’ll need.
- Mowing large lawn areas, edging sidewalks and driveways, and trimming around trees, fences, and other hard-to-reach spots.
- Weeding flowerbeds, pruning shrubs and small trees, laying mulch, or planting seasonal flowers.
- As you wrap up the job site, you’ll blow off walkways, clear any debris, and make sure everything looks polished.
- You’ll reload tools, clean up the work area, and communicate any site notes or equipment issues to your crew leader.
- Once the team arrives back to the office, you’ll help unload, clean up, and prep for the next day.
- Follow safety rules and wear proper protective gear at all times.
- Work well with others and listen to instructions.
- Be open to learning new tasks and improving skills.
- Bring a positive attitude and show up ready to contribute.

- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Requires the ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Involves repetitive motions such as raking, shoveling, trimming, and pushing landscaping equipment.
- Requires sufficient hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to handle tools and perform detailed tasks.
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind.
- May involve exposure to dust, pollen, fertilizers, and other landscaping materials or chemicals.
- Requires visual acuity to inspect work quality, identify hazards, and ensure safety compliance.
- Must be able to hear and respond to verbal instructions, equipment sounds, and environmental cues.
- Involves navigating uneven terrain, slopes, and potentially slippery or muddy surfaces.
- May require wearing personal protective equipment such as gloves, safety glasses, ear protection, and boots.
