Supply Technician

This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the Certain Personnel/Modified Direct Hire Authority.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing supply support to include the receipt, stowage/issue, packing and shipping, processing requisitions, quality assurance, equipment management and oversight of supply processes and procedures.

Specialized experience may include the following:

• Following prescribed procedures to conduct quality assurance surveillance methods such as random sampling, planned sampling and evaluating customer service complaints to assist with analyzing performance;
• Performing quality control investigations throughout various areas i.e.,.storage, receiving, packing, shipping, or inventory control;
• Assisting with analyzing and evaluating supply operation performance to ensure compliance with established standards;
• Investigating customer complaints and deficiency reports to recommend corrective actions;
• Preparing quality surveillance reports and maintaining files
