Industrial/Organizational Psychologist
Job DescriptionYou will carry out research that contributes to the general knowledge in the fields of Industrial/Organizational Psychology, particularly assessment development and validation, training/programmatic evaluation, and work motivation.
You will develop programmatic plans for multi-year projects to conduct basic research, applied research, and/or device test and evaluation.
You will serve as a Principal/Associate Investigator, carrying out your own research and reporting the findings to the Warfighter Performance Department, project sponsors, and other organizations within the U.S. Navy and the scientific community.
You will serve as Project Leader, providing technical direction to other researchers, technicians, and military personnel.
You will collaborate with or oversee the work of others in the department.
