Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant

Job Summary

Hourly wage: $18.00 per hour plus targeted commission. Total potential compensation is $25.69 per hour.

• Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
• Assist customers in interpreting and clarifying their account statements and paying their bills in the store.
• Answer any questions customers have on current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade levels of service, and process general service requests.
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Provide expert‑level understanding and passion around technology, especially around Comcast products and services.
• Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contribute to a fun and competitive environment, connecting products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles.
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Adjust to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes.
• Physical ability to move around the store constantly.

Base Pay: $18.00 per hour

Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $25.69 per hour
