Entry Level Sales Representative

Position Details

Vector Marketing is hiring part‑time sales representatives. Reps sell Cutco products through one‑on‑one appointments, explaining the products and taking orders. No prior sales experience is required; we look for people who enjoy working with others.

Reps receive a $30.00 base appointment fee that is not based on sales or results, and can earn additional commission on performance. Even an off week is still paid for the work, but higher performance yields higher commissions.

We help reps schedule work that fits their commitments. Some work full time, others part time or schedule around classes, other jobs, and family obligations. Summer seasonal schedules are available for those interested in short‑term work.

Reps work locally after training, with meetings and training held in the office.

• Be at least 18 years old or 17 and a 2026 high school graduate

People who have done well in various roles such as retail, fast food, cashier, grocery store clerk, administrative assistant, receptionist, server, landscape, warehouse worker, or any field are welcome. Applicants with no previous work experience are also encouraged, provided they have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people.

We offer training for over 40 years. Even if you do not stay long term, sales, networking, and communication skills you develop are valuable in any field. Reps work locally after training.
