Security Officer Flex/Float Security Supervisor

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Location: Connecticut (Travel required – including but not limited to Hamden, Groton, Waterbury, Cheshire)

The Flex/Float Security Supervisor provides leadership, direction, and support across various client locations. This role requires a highly flexible individual who can step into different environments, ensure continuity of service, and uphold Securitas standards of excellence.

• Provide supervisory coverage at multiple client sites as needed
• Lead, coach, and support Security Officers to ensure high performance and professionalism
• Enforce post orders, site policies, and company procedures
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance and service quality
• Complete and review incident reports, daily logs, and other required documentation
• Assist with training and onboarding of new Security Officers
• Maintain effective communication with management, clients, and team members
• Adapt quickly to new environments, post assignments, and client expectations

• Prior security supervisory or management experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
• Ability to travel consistently throughout assigned areas (Hamden, Groton, Waterbury, Cheshire, etc.)
• Active CT Security Officer License (or ability to obtain)
