US Department of Defense - - Responsibilities:
Operate Category 1 floating and all-terrain hydraulic boom cranes for critical lifts;
Perform precision positioning of sensitive materials including radioactive components, ammunition, and torpedoes;
Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, backhoes, and vacuum trucks to support public works maintenance;
Lift large geometrically complex loads near maximum capacity, potentially using more than one crane;
Perform routine maintenance on operated equipment including cleaning, fueling, oiling, and replacing wire rope
