Operations supervisor position is for the Facilities trade organization supervising the maintenance trade.

This role will consist of developing and scheduling daily/weekly workloads using CMMS, completing work orders in a timely manner, maintaining safety (JHA) and training programs, conducting preventative maintenance program of facilities equipment and utilizing process improvement programs. Applicant will also be required to work with outside contractors and support other Facilities and Operations organizations to complete job tasks.

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years' experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining systems/equipment
• 5+ years' experience working in facility maintenance
• Must meet one of the following:
  • Minimum of 1 year related Electric Boat experience
  • Minimum of 3 year combined relevant experience and leadership experience in a high-volume setting
  • Minimum of 1 year EB experience and an Engineering degree in a related field

Preferred:

• Minimum of 3 years in electrical trade
• Previous EB or trade supervision is a plus
• CT and/or RI state electrical (E2) license
• Experience working with high voltage is a plus
• Experience working with EB ATA (employee time clock program), Oracle (EB Purchasing Program) is a plus
