Instrumentation Technician

Our client, a leading biopharmaceutical company , is seeking an Instrumentation Technician to join their team. As an Instrumentation Technician, you will be part of the Facilities and Engineering Department supporting Manufacturing Operations, Maintenance, and Technical Services Teams . The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail ,
excellent troubleshooting skills , and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Instrumentation Technician

Location: Groton, CT

Pay Range: $33 - $36/hour

• Perform maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of facility cGMP equipment and instrumentation.
• Support facility upgrades, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance activities.
• Execute lockout/tagout procedures and complete maintenance work orders.
• Troubleshoot automation, instrumentation, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• High School Diploma and at least 2 years of maintenance, instrumentation, electrical, or mechanical experience.
• Familiarity with GMP/cGMP environments and maintenance procedures.
• Experience troubleshooting equipment and performing repairs.
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, wear PPE, and work flexible schedules including weekends when needed.
