Seasonal Position, Approx. 33–38 hours per week
Mon – Fri, hours vary from 7:45 AM - 4:00 PM

June 22nd – August 7th, 2026
STARTING SALARY (through 6/30/26): $16.94/hour
STARTING SALARY (effective 7/1/26): $17.00/hour
POSITION RANGE (effective 7/1/26): $17.00 – $18.75/hour
POSITION OVERVIEWAs an Inclusion Camp Leader staff member, your primary mission is to ensure that every child, regardless of ability or neurodiversity, has full and meaningful access to the camp experience! You will work directly with campers who have intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), providing the individualized support they need to thrive alongside their peers in a traditional camp setting.
Successful candidates will have a passion for working with children,a commitment to their happiness and development, and enthusiasm to create unforgettable camp experiences. Leaders must possess a positive attitude and the desire and ability to work in a cooperative, team-oriented, and high energy atmosphere. Candidates should be enthusiastic, creative, patient, flexible, confident, and responsible. The ability to provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively, solve problems, and plan/lead recreational activities such as outdoor games, crafts, music, drama, sports, and special events is a must.
Daily attendance is required as well as the availability to work the entire length of camp with limited exceptions.
