Regional CDL-A Truck Driver - Home Weekly Reset

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A regional drivers based out of Groton, CT for a Northeast fleet offering consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Drivers typically run regional freight from northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as eastern Ohio, with home time Saturday and Sunday.$4,000 sign-on bonus $0.80–$0.85 per mile

Home Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset

Average approximately 1,500 miles per week, depending on hours and freight availability

Average length of haul around 400 miles

Up to $0.03 per mile performance bonus (up to 3 CPM) based on safety, mileage, and productivity

Additional stop pay, detention pay, and Long Island delivery pay
2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors

Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time offTop regional drivers on this fleet can earn up to $1,850 weekly

Stop pay: $20 for the first stop, $35 for the second stop, $50 for the third stop and beyond

Long Island delivery pay: $65

Detention pay: $12.50 per hour after 2 hours

Drivers operate a mix of live loads and preloaded trailers across the Northeast regional network.

Typical running area is Virginia through Maine, with frequent freight moving from northern North Carolina up to Maine and as far west as eastern Ohio.

Occasional routes outside the primary area may be used to maximize miles while maintaining weekly reset time.

Drivers who choose to stay out instead of returning home for their reset may be able to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay.

Willingness to drive in New York City is a plus but not required.

Qualifications:

Valid Class A CDLMinimum three months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

Must meet DOT safety and medical requirements

Willingness to handle live loads and preloaded trailer freight
