Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Compensation: $20/h - $24/h
* dependent on experience * + Quarterly Incentive Bonus + Overtime Opportunities
Responsible for shipping, receiving, and inventory control of materials and finished goods. Ensures accurate documentation, timely processing, and coordination with vendors, carriers, and internal teams while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and documentation
- Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing materials, including all required paperwork
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track material locations
- Coordinate carrier pickups, track shipments, and support customer inquiries
- Manage vendor communication, purchase orders, and shipment status for outside vendors
- Identify and report damages, shortages, or discrepancies
- Support material handling operations, including loading/unloading and transport
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, HAZCOM, and shipping regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including packaging supplies
- Experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse, or logistics preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Forklift experience preferred
- Knowledge of export/ITAR regulations is a plus
- Ability to lift 35-50 lbs regularly
- Active role involving standing, walking, and handling materials
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
