We’re seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Supervisor to support youth with complex medical and behavioral needs in a trauma-informed, therapeutic residential setting. This role blends hands‑on support, team leadership, and clinical awareness in a highly meaningful environment.

• Lead and support a shift of DSP staff while working in ratio.
• Create, maintain, and model a safe, therapeutic treatment milieu.
• Ensure youth safety, structure, and engagement throughout the day.
• Coach, guide, and support staff to promote teamwork and professionalism.
• Monitor daily programming and intervene proactively to prevent crisis.
  
  Document care, complete shift notes, and follow treatment plans.
• Support daily operations including meals, chores, and unit upkeep.
• Use CPI‑approved de‑escalation strategies; physical intervention only when necessary.
• Serve as an essential employee and respond during emergencies as required.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience working with youth in a residential setting.
• Ability to lead with professionalism, compassion, and calm under pressure.
• Strong communication, boundary‑setting, and team‑building skills.
• Trauma‑informed, strengths‑based, and culturally responsive approach.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
