OverviewWe’re seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Supervisor to support youth with complex medical and behavioral needs in a trauma-informed, therapeutic residential setting. This role blends hands‑on support, team leadership, and clinical awareness in a highly meaningful environment.

- Lead and support a shift of DSP staff while working in ratio.
- Create, maintain, and model a safe, therapeutic treatment milieu.
- Ensure youth safety, structure, and engagement throughout the day.
- Coach, guide, and support staff to promote teamwork and professionalism.
- Monitor daily programming and intervene proactively to prevent crisis.
Document care, complete shift notes, and follow treatment plans. - Support daily operations including meals, chores, and unit upkeep.
- Use CPI‑approved de‑escalation strategies; physical intervention only when necessary.
- Serve as an essential employee and respond during emergencies as required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–3 years of experience working with youth in a residential setting.
- Ability to lead with professionalism, compassion, and calm under pressure.
- Strong communication, boundary‑setting, and team‑building skills.
- Trauma‑informed, strengths‑based, and culturally responsive approach.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Make a direct impact on youth with complex needs.
- Be part of a supportive, mission‑driven team.

- Training provided (CPI, CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration).
