General Purpose of the Sales Representative The Sales Representative is responsible for driving business growth, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting daily office operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers, ensuring a positive customer experience from initial inquiry through ongoing service. The Sales Representative manages sales activities, conducts in-home estimates, follows up on leads and proposals, coordinates customer onboarding, resolves customer concerns, oversees quality assurance follow-up, supports marketing initiatives, and maintains accurate customer and sales records.

Additionally, the position assists with operational support functions, including marketing material inventory management and distribution, vendor coordination, customer communications, and administrative record keeping, while promoting company standards and customer retention.
