A community service organization is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community. The position requires the ability to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents and respond to emergencies outside of business hours. Ideal candidates will have experience in property maintenance, technical skills in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work, and a willingness to work flexible hours.
