Guest Coordinator

The Naz Church is seeking a Guest Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for guests, members, staff, and community partners. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional front desk experience while providing administrative support to the church and school throughout the week.

The ideal candidate is organized, relational, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and servant-hearted attitude.

• Welcome and assist guests, members, and visitors at the front desk.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling, calendar management, record keeping, and data entry.
• Assist with correspondence, filing, and other clerical responsibilities.
• Serve as a resource for church ministries, events, programs, and community outreach opportunities.
• Maintain an organized and efficient reception area.
• Support staff, ministry leaders, and volunteers with administrative needs as assigned.
• Provide compassionate and confidential assistance to individuals seeking information, support, or prayer.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Proficiency with computers and common office software.
• Ability to exercise discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• A commitment to customer service and hospitality.
• A demonstrated and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
