Compensation:
Hourly base pay $20.10 – $30.10/hour, plus potential commission or incentive program.
- Serve as a key point of contact for client issue resolution, collaborating with the national sales team, auction representatives, and stakeholders.
- Enter required data and maintain accurate account and vehicle records.
- Coordinate with posting clerks to ensure all vehicle charges are applied correctly.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicles and provide quality service.
- Communicate with the Transportation Team to arrange required transportation and collect related documentation.
- Create and update electronic customer vehicle files, ensuring location, condition, and special announcements are recorded accurately.
- Obtain floor price information and prepare sale vehicle run processes, including run order and scheduling.
- Follow up on vehicle preparation, reconciling incoming bills with ordered work/repairs.
- Contact customer coordinators, service vendors, or account representatives when information is missing or problems arise.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to balance sales and perform post‑sale invoicing as needed.
- Assist Vehicle Operations Team in preparing vehicles for online programs.
- Prepare reports, lists, and handouts such as sales and expense reports, sold vehicles reports, dealer attendance reports, lot and transportation damage reports, and block summaries.
- Demonstrate a commitment to safety by following all safety and health procedures.
- Participate actively in safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.
- Minimum:
High School Diploma or GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field. - Alternative:
Any level of degree or certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline, OR 5 years’ experience in a related field. - Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, be receptive to change, and multitask.
- Prior clerical or administrative experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service required.
- Must be able to operate adding machines and other office equipment (e.g., copier, fax machine).
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
- Strong communications and organizational skills required.
