Responsibilities (included but not limited to)- Schedule service appointments.
- Assist Service Advisor with daily tasks.
- Call extended warranties for approvals.
- Call fleet companies.
- Approve repairs for fleets and extended warranties.
- Daily office tasks.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid drivers license.
- Basic understand of Excel
- Basic understanding of web based systems ie:
Dealer track, Xtime preferred - Organized and friendly personality
- Time management skills
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers and vendors
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
