S. G. Loewendick & Sons, Inc. is now seeking to hire a full-time site superintendent to oversee daily operations on our demolition projects. The ideal candidate would have experience within the demolition industry as a superintendent, foreman, or project manager.
Duties for this position would include but not be limited to:
- Managing field activities on a day-to-day basis for our laborers and operators, as well as subcontractors. This includes constant monitoring of the site for any specific hazards or safety concerns to maintain compliance.
- Coordinating resources such as equipment and personnel on projects based on its specific needs.
- Completing progress reports and other necessary paperwork on a daily basis.
Our company provides excellent salary and benefits including profit sharing, medical, dental, and life insurance, and paid vacations and holidays. Starting compensation will range from $90,000-$110,000 per year based on experience.
