Role Description This position is responsible for safely operating heavy construction equipment, such as loaders and excavators. Typical tasks include performing excavation work, moving materials, assisting with grading and site preparation, and following instructions from supervisors and project leads. The role also involves conducting basic equipment checks, monitoring equipment performance, and reporting any maintenance needs. The Equipment Operator must adhere to all company safety policies, maintain a clean and organized work area, and collaborate effectively with crew members to meet project timelines.

Qualifications
