We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support large-scale electrical construction projects in the Columbus area. This position works closely with Project Managers and field leadership to coordinate project execution, control documentation, track costs and schedules, and support projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to continue developing toward a Project Manager role.

  Up to $130k/yr

• Support electrical construction projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, shop drawings, and project documentation.
• Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, change order pricing, and invoice review.
• Coordinate procurement, material deliveries, schedules, and field activities.
• Track project progress and help identify scheduling, scope, and constructability issues.
• Support QA/QC, inspections, punch lists, as-builts, and project closeout.

• 2+ years of construction project engineering, coordination, or Assistant Project Management experience.
• Electrical construction experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Project Sight, and/or Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work closely with both field and office teams in a fast-paced project environment.
