The Facilities Engineer organizes and coordinates building projects. Also responds to service calls and performs daily maintenance duties around the Tosoh Grove City facility.

Exempt / Full-time

The Facilities Engineer reports to the Facilities Manager.

• A contact for any building issues and emergency service calls.
• Helps coordinate all facility projects, which may involve energy usage, HVAC, lighting, and optional power.
• Assists in coordination on small- and large-scale building repairs and new facility construction projects.
• Assists with maintaining building security.
• Implements daily operations and maintenance activities.
• Available to respond to all building emergencies on a 24‑hour basis.
• Assists the Facilities Manager in preparing the annual maintenance budget.
• Assists in planning and coordination of 5S throughout the plant.
• Assists in the development and coordination of a Maintenance library.
• Performs other maintenance duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.
• Other related duties.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or Facilities Management preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a Facility, Industrial environment.

• Overall understanding of how the facility runs and of how equipment/utilities work.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and under time constraints.
• Excellent problem‑solving ability.
• Basic computer skills.
• Flexible Schedule.
• Excel, Word, Project.

• Must be able to lift to 40 pounds frequently.
• Frequent bending/twisting required.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
