Salary: $130,000 DOE
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager who’s enjoyable to work with, and that can thoughtfully bring the competency, ownership, and leadership needed to help our growing $20 million company keep up with rapidly rising demand.

What You’ll DoAs our Engineering Manager, you’ll serve as both a strategist and a mentor—guiding our engineering team to create custom deliverables that exceed expectations- while modeling the accountability

- Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of mechanical engineers
- Leading performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and professional growth planning
- Optimizing engineering workflows to increase throughput, reduce waste, and streamline handoffs with production teams
- Troubleshooting design issues with an analytical, solutions-oriented approach
Owning the Engineering group’s performance indicators and budget

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager with the proactivity
, determination
, and commitment to excel in a fast-paced and growing manufacturing environment.
- 10+ years of combined experience in design engineering
- Deep understanding of machining and related manufacturing processes
- Experience leading and mentoring direct reports including excellent communication and the ability to hold others accountable.
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing design or production challenges
- Ability to guide engineers through concept development, 3D modeling, prints, tolerances, and manufacturability reviews
- A mindset focused on efficiency, quality improvement, and cost savings
- Demonstrated Solid Works experience and fluency
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering (or similar) is preferred.
