Hourly base pay rate $20.10 - $30.10/hour. Additional compensation may include commission and incentive program.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (8am-4:30pm);
Tuesday (6am-1pm).

• Primary point of contact for resolving client issues across varying account complexities, collaborating with auction teams and stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries about vehicle condition and discrepancies; foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate sales vehicle run processes; maintain direct communication with auction departments to ensure timely inventory movement and reconditioning services.
• Build positive relationships with assigned clients; examine vehicles in the sales lineup to ensure standards and quality.
• Complete estimates for reconditioning services to improve vehicle value; coordinate and approve reconditioning services.
• Conduct condition reports and imaging audits to reduce risk of policy loss and goodwill expenses.
• Demonstrate proficient knowledge of condition report data and vehicle inspection processes to identify paint, body repairs, frame damage, PDR, and more.
• Educate clients on auction processes; recommend and upsell Manheim/CAI products and services based on client needs.
• Prioritize tasks effectively; maintain professionalism in client relationships; assist in resolving client issues promptly.
• Coordinate redemptions, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with all PII policies and procedures while delivering excellent customer service.
• Ensure strict adherence to Cox standards and guidelines for reconditioning services; maintain consistent quality and accuracy per client SLA guidelines.
• Apply knowledge of NAAA guidelines to ensure appropriate vehicle announcement placement.
• Utilize computer software including Microsoft Office and internal business platforms.
• Participate in safety activities and follow all safety and health procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned.

• Minimum:
  High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field.
• Alternatively:
  Any degree or certification beyond HS level in a related discipline, or 5 years’ experience in a related field.
• Valid driver’s license; safe drivers required.
• Physical and mental ability to perform duties within required time frames.
• Self‑starter able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient knowledge of condition report data and vehicle inspection processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferred:
  Ability to operate vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
• Preferred:
  Prior experience in vehicle reconditioning and general auto‑body knowledge.
