We are seeking a Financial Controller who embodies these values and brings the efficiency, effectiveness, and drive needed to help us keep up with rapidly rising demand in a thoughtful way.
What You’ll DoAs our Financial Controller, you’ll be a key leader who provides financial accuracy, forecasting, and strategic insight—while modeling the accountability, resourcefulness, and humility that define our culture.
Your responsibilities will include:- Driving high-level forecasting and strategy to help shape decisions that move the company forward.
- Leading cost accounting efforts in a manufacturing job‑shop environment.
- Overseeing Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and month‑end close with accuracy and timeliness to ensure dependable cash flow.
- Managing full compliance with federal, state, and local taxing agencies.
- Partnering with leadership to guide budgeting, capital planning, and long‑term financial direction.
We’re looking for a financial professional with the aptitude, willingness, and proactivity to excel in a fast‑paced and growing manufacturing environment.
The skills needed:- Deep knowledge of cost accounting.
- A strong track record in forecasting and strategic planning.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, effectiveness, proactivity, and collaboration.
- High proficiency with Quick Books and Excel, including advanced reporting and modeling.
- Expert‑level experience with state and local tax filings.
- Solid understanding of GAAP and internal controls.

- 80 hours of paid time off (PTO) your first year and 128 hours your second year. Accrue 8 additional hours of PTO for each year of service (up to a maximum of 200 hours per year at 10 years)
