Position Overview:
PNC’s Personal Banker position in the Grove City, OH branch focuses on delivering exceptional customer experience through proactive sales and service activities. The role involves managing customer relationships, identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, and collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow the share of wallet.
- Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, enhancing the customer experience and driving new revenue.
- Lead proactive sales conversations via outbound calling, teller interactions, and lobby engagement, delivering a full PNC conversation to identify appropriate solutions.
- Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through differentiated service and educational outreach.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems effectively, driving loyalty.
- Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating judgment within established limits; support branch daily operations efficiently.
- Work in a collaborative, in‑office environment; local shift and branch hour details will be confirmed with the recruiter.

- Work Experience: Typically requires an associate’s degree or equivalent, or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience; approximately 3+ years in a related banking or sales role. Experience may include military service.

- Licenses: Candidates will undergo additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
Base Salary: $41,250.00 – $68,750.00. Compensation may vary based on location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible.
