Position Overview

As a Full‑Time Teller within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Grove City, OH at the Grove City Branch. PNC is an in‑office company that fosters a collaborative and supportive culture where employees can thrive.

• Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Processes a variety of customer interactions and educates customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions.
• Identifies banking opportunities during the customer interaction and refers as appropriate.
• Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer’s problems.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.

Base Salary: $30,000.00 – $50,000.00 (Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with compensation based upon company, business and/or individual performance.)

Generally, this opening is expected to be posted for two business days from 06/23/2026, although it may be longer with business discretion.
