We are seeking a proactive and independent IT Supply Chain Systems Analyst to support our Columbus Distribution Center. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

• Provide first‑level support and ensure business continuity for PKMS and WCS systems within the distribution center
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify system optimization opportunities and implement automation projects
• Lead and support local engineering initiatives related to PKMS systems logistics automation
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing recurring issues, troubleshooting root causes, and proposing enhancements to systems and operational processes
• Develop detailed functional documentation and process flows for system enhancements and new implementations
• Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams to define solutions and drive successful outcomes
• Guide business teams through UAT, ensuring solutions meet operational needs
• Act as liaison between IT and operations to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Serve as SME for all technical PKMS system aspects of logistics distribution, warehouse operations, transportation and automation
• Support IT topics related to IP Address‑WMS IT issues
• Provide analytical and system support for development and implementation projects
• Analyze data regularly to ensure KPIs are met and lead new process initiatives
• Develop quantitative analysis and operational solutions, influencing senior leadership with analytical reports

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 7+ years of Information Systems/Business experience
• Experience with ERP (Oracle/SAP), PKMS, Manh iSeries LM and WCS in a logistics environment
• Strong analytical skills (SQL, database management)
• Experience writing and executing SQL queries for data research
• Critical thinking to identify opportunities with existing and new business processes
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes
• Strong voice of reason and ability to challenge the status quo
• Experience collecting requirements and writing business requirements, functional specifications, wireframes, visual designs, and testing documentation
• Clear understanding and experience integrating technical services

• 4 years of PKMS functional experience on AS400
• Oracle ERP integration experience
• Experience in a WMS environment integrated with WCS logistic automation
• Experience utilizing requirements, best practices, and standards in the fashion industry
