9:00am - 5:00pm

The Parts Specialist Counter will be responsible for excellent customer service, extending optimal customer care and concern as a priority. Tasks include receiving parts calls, greeting and assisting walk-in customers, processing paperwork accurately, and handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions. The role also requires warehouse duties such as accurate counting, receiving and shipping parts, receiving stock, accounting for warranty items, building hoses, and maintaining contamination control and safety.

• Highly motivated
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft applications
• Strong attention to detail

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of warehouse and inventory experience, preferably in a mechanical parts environment
• Knowledge and experience with CAT heavy equipment and diesel engine parts preferred
