Part Time Zone Administrator; Manheim

Outdoor role.

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.

• Organize and maintain the placement of vehicles within the designated zone or move area according to the standard established by lot operations leadership.
• Use information from the Supervisor and Lot Ops dashboards daily to make move decisions for your assigned zone area.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts related to the safety and efficient movement of vehicles in and out of your assigned zone.
• Move vehicles and stage them safely to their proper work destinations to eliminate multiple drop‑off points and less than full loads.
• Confirm that all vehicles can operate safely and engage service and tow teams when inoperable vehicles are found.
• Label vehicles with sale and routing labels to maintain accurate movements and reduce the need for crew leaders to print and label staged units before transport.
• Communicate with crew leaders and managers about inventory levels within the defined move area and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Set an example by championing Cox/Manheim values and treating all employees with respect.
• Implement company policies and procedures related to employee and customer conduct.
• Model Manheim's safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• High School Diploma/GED and at least 3 years of experience in a related field; or a higher degree or certification with at least 5 years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmissions.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for identifying common vehicle issues (flat tires, low gas, jump‑starting).

• 6 months of auction or driving experience preferred.
• Knowledge of lot operations/lot layout preferred.
• Knowledge of LDM preferred.

• Stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear; vision required including close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Stand for prolonged periods.
• Lift 1–15 pounds.
• Walk long distances.

• Constant exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Moderate noise level.

Hourly pay rate: $15.10 – $22.69 per hour. The base rate may vary within this range based on location and candidate qualifications. Position may be eligible for additional compensation including commission and incentive programs.
