Operations Associate

Draft Kings is seeking an Operations Associate for our Casino Gaming Transportation & Logistics team. In this role, you'll coordinate the movement of gaming equipment and materials, monitor inventory, and ensure timely, compliant deliveries to casino locations. You'll schedule shipments, track carriers, and resolve delays while maintaining accurate records in our logistics systems. Partnering with internal teams and vendors, you'll support process improvements, uphold regulatory and security standards, and contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement at EMPLOYER-NAME.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation and logistics for casino gaming equipment and materials
• Schedule and track shipments, ensuring on-time, secure deliveries to gaming locations
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records in TMS/ERP and related systems
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve delays or issues
• Support compliance with transportation, security, and gaming regulations
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular logistics and inventory reports
• Assist with process improvement initiatives to streamline logistics workflows
• Collaborate with operations, security, and casino partners on special moves and projects
• Verify documentation, manifests, and chain-of-custody records for high-value equipment
• Support incident investigation and corrective actions related to logistics operations
