Job Summary
We are looking for seasoned Store Managers, Sales Associates, and Assistant Store Managers across multiple locations in the Columbus area. The role involves operating day‑to‑day store operations, driving financial performance, and fostering a growth mindset.
Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of automotive professionals
- Drive sales and deliver customer service excellence
- Manage store financials, including P&L statements and budgets
- Oversee store maintenance and ensure regulatory compliance
- Identify and implement growth initiatives to improve store performance
- Prior automotive experience (preferred)
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence
