Machine Operator – 2nd Shift

SummaryYour responsibilities include taking ownership of assigned machinery, meeting production goals, and ensuring all company policies and food safety protocols are followed. You will partner with production management and the QC team to identify and eliminate risks.
Physical Demands of Position- Regularly stand, walk, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch during the shift.
- Lift up to 50 pounds frequently; occasional lifting over 75 pounds.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Food manufacturing experience or warehouse experience.
- Understand the job process.
- Ensure product quality meets requirements.
- Proficiency with a scale and tape gun.
- Knowledge of GMP, SSOP, HACCP, SQF, and related food safety trainings.
- Verify correct labeling of each box.
- Ensure packaging prevents contamination.
- 2nd Shift: 2 pm to 12 am, Monday to Thursday (10‑hour shift).
- Some training may be required on 1st shift.
$17.50 to $19.50 per hour, DOE plus shift differential. Full benefit options, free life insurance, 7 paid holidays, paid vacation and sick time.
