Responsibilities
- Installation, fabrication of cabinet components and hardware.
- Sets up and operates variety of machines and uses various hand tools to fabricate cabinets.
- Marks outline or dimensions of parts, according to blueprint or drawing specifications.
- Set work priorities to meet production goals as scheduled.

Requirements- One or more years cabinet making experience or similar experience.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and layout and other written or verbal instructions.
- Ability to read and use linear and other measuring devices.
- Ability to laminate cabinets & panels as needed.
- Familiar with the safe operation of various pneumatic and power tools: including but not limited to drills, screw gun, table saw, band saw and routers.
- Ability to use basic mathematics.
- Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to stand, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is required to sit. Other physical requirements include:
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 40#’s without assistance.
- Ability to work from various squatting, kneeling or bending positions.
- Ability to work with arms above head.
- Ability to work from ladders or scaffolding.
- Ability to stand at a workstation for eight hours a day (minus specified breaks).
- Ability to safely use specified hand, air, power tools, and machinery.
- Ability to operate and understand the operation of all protective safety equipment in the area.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
- Must be able to endure repetitive motions (hand crimping). (Employee must not suffer from any preexisting conditions, such as carpal tunnel or tennis elbow, or any other medical condition that may be aggravated by such motions.)
- Ability to work in 105-degree heat for excess of ten (10) hours per day.
- Ability to work in noisy and dusty conditions.
