WhatYou’ll Do
As our Production Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow across multi-axis CNC machines, automation cells, and support areas.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead, coach, and develop Production, Setup, and Programming teams to meet performance, quality, and safety goals
- Meet customer expectations for quality and on-time delivery
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high-performance teamwork
- Ensure staffing levels, training, and skill development align with production demands and technological growth
- Collaborate with the Machine Scheduler to balance capacity, manage constraints, and meet tight delivery timelines
- Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Sourcing and Support teams to quickly resolve nonconformances
We’re looking for someone who’s equal parts leader, problem-solver, and team motivator. You should have:
- Strong coaching, delegation, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience coordinating with a Production Scheduler for dynamic, fast-changing workflows
- Working knowledge of Lean principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Deep understanding of machining and additional manufacturing processes
