CNC Machinist - Off Shift

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus — $1,250 at 90 Days + $1,250 at 6 Months

2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM

Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

As an experienced CNC Machinist, you'll bring technical designs to life while maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and quality our customers depend on.

• Interpreting technical
  drawings and blueprints to
  understand part geometry, features, and
  tolerances
  .
• Operating multiple Makino 4 & 5-Axis CNC milling machine centers
  , many with the help of automation.
• Loading raw materials, securing work pieces, changing tools, and making offsets for efficient andaccuratemachining.
• Inspecting and measuring finished parts using
  calipers, micrometers
  ,
  CMM
  ,and other
  precision tools
  .
• Reviewing and understanding CMM reportsto verify dimensional accuracy.
• Completing inspection and production reportsto ensure documentation and workflow accuracy.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Up to $35/hour, depending on experience
• 401(k) with a 100% employer match up to $5,200 per year
• 80 hours of PTO in your first year, increasing annually up to 200 hours

The right CNC Machinist is dedicated, independent and accountable.

• Strong ability to
  read and interpret blueprints
  , drawings, and CMM data, including GD&T.
• Proficiency with
  precision measurement tools including
  calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and more.
• Solid
  mechanical aptitude with
  aproblem‑solver mindset.
• Excellent
  communication skills
  —able to collaborate with programmers, quality inspectors, and fellow machinists.
• A
  proactive,self
  ‑
  driven work style with
  the ability to complete taskswith minimal direction.
• Experience operating 4-5 axis Makino machines is
  a strong plus.
