• Two on‑call shifts weekly and two weekend on‑call shifts per 6‑week schedule.
• Cover call for July 4th weekend required.
• Required health and certification history: COVID‑19 Vaccine, MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, 2 Step PPD or IGRA, Varicella, Physical/Health Statement, Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen.
• Professional credentials:
  Trinity Profile, Trinity Criminal Background Check, Trinity Education Verification, Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing.
• License and certifications must be verified.
• Onboarding includes completing Trinity Confirmation of Patient & Party Info & System Security Agreement, Trinity Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form, Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form, and related documents.
• Must submit Trinity Skills Checklist, Trinity System Access Form, Trinity Joint Commission Testing, and Criminal Background check.
• Adhere to Trinity Code of Conduct and provide Trinity I‑9.
• Color vision (Trinity Color Vision) testing required for onboarding.
