The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Charge Nurse to join our Residential Treatment Program. The Charge Nurse ensures team members maintain a strength-based, family centered, trauma-informed care, and culturally responsive focus within the residential nursing department. All interactions are professional and embody the core values and mission of The Buckeye Ranch. In collaboration with the Director and Associate Director of Nursing, the Charge Nurse provides leadership and supports supervision and oversight to the Residential Nursing department.

Our continuum of care addresses every stage and aspect of what children may be experiencing after traumas caused by mental illness, abuse, or neglect. ShiftDifferentials
- 2nd Shift (3p - 11p): $3.50/hr
- 3rd Shift (11p - 7a): $2.50/hr
- Weekend (Saturday 12am
- Sunday 11:59pm): $1.50/hr
Full-time, non-exempt (36 - 40hrs per week) Rotating weekends required
- Three 12hr Shifts (10a - 10p)
- Five 8hr Shifts (2p - 10p)
- Be available and flexible to schedule changes and coverage needs; identify staffing needs and ensure scheduling of nurses, manage timesheets, and approve overtime as needed.
- Serve on an assigned on-call rotation on a consultative basis for medical emergencies.
- Ensure all financial data is properly calculated and reported. Adhere to all internal control.
- Maintain creativity and innovation with regard to fluency in changing processes/interdepartmental and across T , updates with software and the electronic healthcare system, and work to communicate and support changes within the department that reflects alignment with leadership and agency big picture process (i.e., communicates changes, offers training support, etc.).

- Associate's of Nursing;
Bachelor’s of Nursing preferred. - 2 or more years of relevant experience; leadership experience preferred.
- Ohio RN License, active CPR and First Aid.
- Valid Ohio Driver's License and active insurance.
