In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors, the Registered Nurse will provide care in an atmosphere sensitive to each person’s physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs within the scope of the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. The RN functions in a spirit of teamwork and is accountable for the delivery of patient care utilizing the Nursing Process within the standards, policies, procedures and guidelines of the Organization.

• Provide patient care utilizing the Nursing Process within the standards, policies, procedures and guidelines of the Organization.
• Plan, organize and manage patient care, including delegation to and supervision of other members of the patient care team.
• Demonstrate skills and abilities in clinical and administrative areas.
• Work with limited supervision and make decisions based on established policies and procedures.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• In good standing with a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• One year experience in a medical office preferred.
