Job Title: QA/QC Documentation Specialist
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated QA/QC Documentation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulations and internal quality control practices, with a focus on document review, verification, and formatting.
Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal quality control practices.
- Thoroughly review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations and internal standards.
- Edit and format quality documents for submission.
- Convert documents to various formats and work with templates.
- Maintain a well-organized system for storing and retrieving electronic and physical documents.
- Submit records to the eQMS.
- Primarily use Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with quality assurance testing and quality control.
- Proficiency in regulatory documentation.
- Strong data entry skills, including knowledge of WPM (words per minute).
- Ability to format quality or regulatory documents.
- Experience converting PDFs to usable documents for regulatory or quality purposes.
- Ability to move data from one system to another.
- Proficient in converting PDFs to Word documents and formatting as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- High School diploma required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or a degree related to quality).
- Strong typing and word processing skills from a professional setting.
- Computer efficiency is a must.
- Experience with QA standards or regulatory standards from a previous position.
- Salesforce experience is a plus but not necessary.
The work schedule is from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Initially, the role will involve catching up on a backlog, and if the position proves beneficial, it could turn into a long-term opportunity.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Grove City,OH.
