CMM Programmer– Custom Machine Shop

Salary: $90,000 DOE

As our skilled CMM Programmer, you’ll provide accurate programming and execution-while modeling the accountability, resourcefulness, and humility that define our culture.

• Develop andoptimizehigh‑quality CMM programs usingZEISS Calypso software(for aZEISSContura CMM 10/12/6 RDS with Vast XXT and aZEISSContura CMM 7/10/6 with Vast XT Gold)
• Proof CMM programs and make necessary adjustments
• Inspection planning, including ballooning drawings
• Interpret and analyze CMM reports, measurement results, and part specifications
• Support troubleshooting and validation activities to achieve FA qualifications quickly and efficiently
• Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to make and measure parts correctly the first time
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve accuracy, repeatability, and efficiency

We’re looking for a CMM Programmer with the aptitude, willingness, and proactivity to excel in a fast-paced and growing manufacturing environment.

• 3+ years ofhands‑on Calypso programming experience(required)
• Strong ability to read and interpretblueprints and GD&T
• Thorough understanding of dimensional metrology principles and applications
• Competitive programming times
• Excellent communication and problem‑solvingskillsCMM inspection experience with curve forms, maximum material condition, and advanced GD&T(preferred, not required)
• Familiarity with machining, especially4- and 5-axis milling (preferred, not required)
