Retail Sales Associate – Wireless | Columbus, OH

Delphos Wireless is an authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team in Columbus, Ohio.

If you enjoy retail sales, customer service, and earning uncapped commission, this is a great opportunity to grow within a fast-paced wireless environment.

This is an in-store retail position— not remote or telemarketing.

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Sell wireless phones, accessories, and prepaid service plans
• Activate new lines and process upgrades
• Meet and exceed sales and activation goals
• Upsell accessories, protection plans, and add-on features
• Troubleshoot basic phone and account issues
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards
• Participate in team sales meetings and performance tracking

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Wireless or mobile phone sales experience is a plus
• Comfortable working toward commission and sales goals
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Weekend availability required
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• $12–$17 per hour (based on experience)
• Uncapped commission
• Health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days
• 401(k) eligibility after 1 year
• Paid training
• Opportunities for advancement to Assistant Manager or Store Manager
