As a full‑time Verizon Retail Sales Associate, you’ll grow your career in a team focused on unlocking your full potential and sales success within a retail store.

• Generate retail sales using your passion for cutting‑edge technology and exceptional customer service.
• Uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top‑down sales solution.
• Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs.
• Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in merchandising and inventory.
• Grow your customer base through outbound calls and text messages to current Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community outside the store at off‑site Verizon sponsored events.

We’re hiring immediately! Earn $16.00–$21.00 per hour in base pay plus up to $18,000 a year in commissions. Top performers can earn an additional $14,500 or more, for a total of $65,000–$75,500+ annually. Compensation varies by geography, hours worked, and performance.

You’ll need to have:

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience (work or military).
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule set four weeks in advance).
• Openness to extra shifts during peak periods.

Even better if you have:

• Experience in a commission‑based environment.
• Sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Customer service experience.
