Employment Type: Part Time
Location: OH - GROVE CITY
Responsibilities- Store Visits:
Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory. - Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
- Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
- Schedule up to 25 hours per week, availability required Monday‑Thursday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm (no weekends/evenings).
- Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.
- Submit same‑day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
- Compensation at $16.00 per hour for general merchandising projects.
- Additional technical projects available at higher rates, based on need.
- W2 employment with bi‑weekly pay schedule and direct deposit.
- Optional 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.
- Travel reimbursement for store‑to‑store drive time and mileage assistance.
- Paid training time to prepare you for program success.
- Accrued PTO hours every week you work.
- Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience highly desirable.
- Versatility to handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
- Attention to detail: follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
- Independence and teamwork: comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed.
- Tech‑ready: internet access, basic hand‑held tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update; laptop/desktop access a plus.
- Travel ability: valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; required to use vehicle to perform responsibilities.
- Physical ability: stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
