United Dairy Farmers - - Responsibilities:
Manage other associates, including assigning and monitoring duties, coaching the Hi Five Guest Experience, and training Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates;
Store administration including ordering, reviewing weekly delivery reports, and handling paperwork as directed by Store Manager or District Supervisor;
Deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience to guests, ensure store is prepared and welcoming, and assist guests to ensure satisfaction;
Operate Dip Side and ice cream/yogurt-related preparations, including shakes, malts, cones, sodas, and hand-packed containers;
Maintain and operate the Point of Sale system and gas console, including cash handling and transactions; ensure proper cash drop procedures and compliance with tobacco/alcohol policies
