Sales Engineer - Aerospace and Defense

What You'll Do

As our Sales Engineer, you'll use excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to:

• Collaborate effectively and enjoyably with the sales and support teams
• Identify potential new A&D customers that are a good fit for our machining services
• Establish and maintain current and potential customer relationships
• Obtain initial and repeat orders for machined parts from customers
• Be available for travel to customer locations

We're looking for sales team members with the aptitude, willingness, and proactivity to excel in a growing manufacturing environment.

• Technical experience in the machining and/or mechanical engineering industries
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and selling skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Strong written and verbal communication; effective listening skills
