Aftermarket Sales Manager

Our client, a global automotive glass manufacturer, is hiring an Aftermarket Sales Manager for their glass distribution business in Grove City, OH. Reporting to the Division General Manager, this Sales Manager develops and executes aftermarket sales plans and a multi-year growth roadmap to achieve division objectives and goals.

• Directs day-to-day commercial execution, market and channel development, pricing, forecasting, customer acquisition, and business development across sales channels.
• Identifies growth opportunities and aligns customer demands.
• Analyzes market trends, competitors, channel performance and customer buying patterns.
• Develops pricing recommendations, proposals, forecasts and business cases.
• Coordinates demand, product availability, inventory levels and working capital objectives.
• Works directly with OEM customers, supporting their aftermarket programs.
• Sets targets and reporting methods for approved commercial and financial measures.
• Leads improvement plans with documented baselines.
• Coordinates product launches, promotions and market campaigns.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in sales, business development or market development.
• 5+ years in developing sales plans, pricing, forecasts, business cases, growth plans, customer segments and sales channels required.
• Automotive aftermarket, manufacturing or distribution experience preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset is preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM, ERP, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
