As a Security Officer - Stadium Patrol in Grove City, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support shipping and yard operations by observing, documenting, and communicating concerns with professionalism and great customer service.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel, drivers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a logistics and distribution environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting concerns, documenting activity, and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouses, yards, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Monitor access points and trailer and/or vehicle movement by observing gates, dock areas, and traffic flow, and verifying identification and/or authorization per site procedures.
• Complete detailed reports of patrols, incidents, and unusual conditions, and use approved communication tools to relay updates to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
