Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or when appropriate, emergency response activities within a logistics and distribution location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site leadership and/or public emergency responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the facility, dock areas, yard, and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or operational concerns;
Monitor access points for employees, drivers, and visitors by observing traffic flow, verifying authorization when required, and directing individuals to proper check-in areas per site policy;
Complete security-related reports and documentation, including incident reports, patrol activity logs, and observations, and communicate significant issues to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts
